Launched in July 2016, the Flavour Creations @Home Online Registration website was developed for Australian healthcare professionals who work with clients in the community with a need for Flavour Creations products.
A fast and efficient service platform, FC @home facilitates the safe and secure delivery of Flavour Creations complete range of dysphagia and nutrition products via a network of third party distributors Australia-wide.
FC @home allows for registration of patients and clients who are:
- Being discharged from public hospitals
- Being discharged from private hospitals
- On Home Care Packages
- NDIS clients
- Private clients
FC @home reduces paperwork, improves record keeping and is easy to use. The system also allows team members to coordinate the care of joint clients.
